What our Guests say

Flat Rock Fling:

"It was fabulous. The trolley, the other people, the driver all made it a fabulous day.  I haven't laughed that hard in a long time and was totally exhausted when I got home.  The play was wonderful too and I am looking forward to more trolley trips."
--Mary M.

When you ride the Trolley you get to see all sorts of places and things you've heard about but never knew where they were because you had to watch the road.  When you ride the Trolley can can say " So that's where it is."   Thanks for a fantastic day!--Addie H.

The Asheville Tourist event was a great success.  Our thanks to all our guests.  Did you know that the Brooklyn Dodgers were originally  known as the Robins?  Why are they now named the Dodgers?  Read to find out:

Asheville Tourists:

We had a wonderful time on the trolley and at the Tourists game last night!  Our fellow riders were congenial, the driver was courteous and safety conscious, and the box seats at the game were fantastic!  This package is one of the best deals going--and a truly memorable experience.  We plan to make this trip again and hope others in the Hendersonville area will support the "Thirsty Thursday Express."  If you're looking for a fun evening, this is it!

Trolley tour

To The Editor: We had the pleasure of taking the trolley car ride on a recent Thursday and were pleasantly surprised. The driver took us to the Curb Market, Historic Courthouse, Saint John in the Wilderness, the Carl Sandburg Home and through Hendersonville’s historic section of 4th and 5th avenue. I hope everyone takes advantage of this great travel experience the next time it rolls into Hendersonville. It is certainly worth the money, and our narrator was extremely knowledgeable of all the history we have here in Hendersonville.

Thanks, Eva. We were thoroughly pleased with the trip and our treat with Piggy’s Ice Cream. We look forward to taking the next trolley in November.
